An 8-Hour Exploration of the Enneagram as a tool for understanding Personal Reactivity and Family Relations The Enneagram is a dynamic system of nine personality types set in a non-sectarian spiritual framework. It is meant to help us understand ourselves, the people in our lives, and our relationship to the greater realities that guide human evolution. Louise Phipps Senft includes the Enneagram in the Baltimore Mediation curriculum as a tool to foster self-awareness and to reduce personal reactivity.
