“I cannot thank you enough for the indispensable life and professional learnings you shared with us over the five-day Fundamental Mediation training. Drawing on all your considerable skills as a communicator, mediator, coach, and trainer, you imparted to us, in an incredibly creative variety of ways, the specific attitudes and skills required to help people transform conflict by improving the quality of their interactions.

There was never a dull moment, and the long days went by like magic. In all our multiple interactions, opportunities for Recognition and Empowerment were seized on at every turn. You truly practice what you preach!

As a mediator and trainer involved in bringing transformational mediation to the workplace in Quebec, I come away strengthened in my understanding, not only of the theoretical underpinnings, but of the hands-on, nuts-and-bolts, down-to-earth specific moves of this powerful way to be and interact with people in conflict.” – John Peter Weldon, Mediator, Trainer, and Lawyer

“The transformative approach gives the power back to parties.  An empowered person can effectuate such positive change.  The training I received was as transformative as the process itself.” – Marielle V. Peck, Attorney/Mediator, MVP LAW & MEDIATION PLLC

“There is so much to learn and so many ways to learn it.  This Conflict Transformation Skills Workshop truly brings it all together for me.  Certainly emotions are important to getting to yes.  Keep up the great work in training mediators.” – Pam Booker, Office of  Learning, Office of the Associate Commissioner

“If you don’t get it, you really won’t Get It.  Any other mediation Is not the same.  Baltimore Mediation’s Mediation and Conflict Transformation Skills Training will not only change the way you view mediation, but the way you view yourself and others.” Kieva Bankins, MSW (Program Analyst/Trainer), Maryland Department of Human Resources, Family Investment Administration, Office of Programs, Bureau of Policy, Training & Research

“I believe this could cause a major shift in our justice system and perhaps cultures in general.  The power I have in this is that I can let the method of transformative mediation begin with me.” – Valerie Broome, OEDB Program Specialist at FSIS

“Beautiful tools, applicable to both professional and daily life.  I feel like I’ve been let in on a secret that successful people all knew.” – Ken Fenley, Attorney at Law

“People get stuck in their difficulties yet they have what’s needed to emerge from within.” – Edie Kinsley
