She served as Director of Training for Mediators Beyond Borders for four years.  Ms. Senft is an adjunct Law Professor at University of Maryland and on past faculty of Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, Insight Initiative, and is one of Chief Judge Advisors for US Mediation and Conflict Resolution. She is the first professional mediator approved by the Association for Conflict Resolution to offer trainings on all mediation topics, and an author of Transformative Mediation: A Sourcebook. Nan Waller Burnett, MA is a Harvard trained transformative high conflict mediator, dynamic facilitator, psychotherapist, conflict systems design consultant, and an executive conflict coach. She is a founding board member of Mediators Beyond Borders, and an author of the 2008 Gold medal for Calm in the Face of the Storm.
