She is founder of Baltimore Mediation, voted one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women and Baltimore’s “Best Mediator”. She served as Director of Training for Mediators Beyond Borders for four years. Ms. Senft is an adjunct Law Professor at University of Maryland and on past faculty of Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, Insight Initiative, and is one of Chief Judge Advisors for US Mediation and Conflict Resolution. She is the first professional
