40-Hour Certificated Mediation and Conflict Transformation Training is led by master trainer Louise Phipps Senft and the Baltimore Mediation team. This course provides the tools and theory critical in transforming conflict in all areas of conflict and dispute: family, business, workplace, community, lawsuits and legal claims. This is a nationally approved certificated mediation training that also includes an in-depth focus on sources of conflict, a systems approach and unitive triangling.<\/p>\n

This 40-hour mediation training is part of Baltimore Mediation\u2019s Core Curricula designed to teach you everything you need to know to start mediating, either professionally or for daily use and practice.
