We\u2019ll focus on mediation, conflict transformation and resolution theory and skills, with an emphasis on fostering self-awareness to reduce personal reactivity, as well as reflection and active listening techniques to facilitate communication. The course emphasizes the following:<\/p>\n What’s Included:<\/strong> 40-hour certificated course, training manual and materials.<\/strong><\/p>\n A certificate noting 40 hours of attendance will be provided at the end of training.
