DESCRIPTION:Sign up early because seats for these trainings sell out.\n\n4-Hour Introduction to the Enneagram\, Conflict and Self-Awareness Workshop\n\nAn introductory workshop taught in the narrative tradition by Enneagram Master Trainer Louise Phipps Senft who works with the group to self-select one of nine personality types that contributes to their everyday motivations and personal reactivity in conflict as well as discovering their gifts for supporting conflict transformation with others. CEU\, CME\, 4 hours of Ethics.\n\nTrainer: Louise Phipps Senft\, Esq.\n\nDates: Wednesday\, December 7\, 2022\, 9AM-1PM\n\nLocation: We will be holding this workshop VIRTUALLY using Zoom.\nCourse Fee: $395\nClick here to register\n\nFor more information\, call our office at (443) 524-0833 or send us an email at louise@baltimoremediation.com.\n\nDescription: The Enneagram is a dynamic system of 9 personality types. It is meant to help us understand ourselves\, the people in our lives\, and our relationship to greater realities that guide us. How well in tune we are with our internal state\, or how self-aware we are has a strong influence on how we ‘do’ conflict. With a better understanding of conscious motivations\, we can reduce our personal reactivity and better handle difficult situations.\n\nParticipants first take a short Enneagram inventory\, then break into small groups to share strengths\, weaknesses\, and to discuss conflict experiences. Louise Phipps Senft leads the workshop in the narrative tradition\, so attendees can deepen their learning with others. Participants will come away with a deeper understanding of self and other relationships in their lives. If you are looking to improve your relationships with individuals that matter the most\, whether it be children\, parents\, family members\, or co-workers\, the Enneagram workshop is an invaluable experience.\n\nTRAINING FOCUS\n\n The Enneagram: Understanding yourself and others\n Using the Enneagram of personality to reduce difficult interactions\n Self-Awareness inventory and development\n Understanding reactions to conflict in order to better manage reactivity\n Managing automatic responses in relation to your center of intelligence\n The Enneagram and basic neuroscience of conflict\n Practicing mindfulness: Enneagram applications\n Understanding the nature of conflict and what you can do to transform difficult conversations\n\nCANCELLATION POLICY\nFull Refund: up to 30 days prior to the start date of the training \n50% Refund: Up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of the training \nCancellations received less than 1 week prior to the start date will not be subject to any refund. This policy is due to the highly customized nature of our programs\, the number of registrants\, and space limitations \nParticipants Are Saying…\n“I’m leaving the course with an unexpected new hope\, and concrete tools to improve relationships even outside of a ‘mediation’ environment – personal\, family\, work. Eye-opening introspection.” \n– Holly Schmittle\, Director of HR at Planit
