We’ll focus on mediation\, conflict transformation and resolution theory and skills\, with an emphasis on sources of conflict and a systems approach to conflict and intervention. The course emphasizes the following:\n\n	Understanding theory and practice as mediators\, shapers of policy and academics: the mediation process and your own type and style\n	Explain conflict systems and the value of a relational approach\n	Hands-on conflict intervention skills necessary to mediate\n	Communication skills and conflict transformation how-to’s\n	Individual feedback from trainers addressing participants’ specific strengths and areas for continued development and excellence.\n\nDates: Monday\, October 20 – Friday\, October 24  – each day (9am – 5:00pm)\n\nTrainers: Louise Phipps Senft\, Esq.\n\nCourse Fee: $1450\n\nWhat’s Included: 40-hour certificated courses held over a period of five consecutive days (Monday – Friday)\, training manual and materials.\n\nFor more information\, call Baltimore Mediation\, 443-524-0833.
