Participants will come away with a deeper understanding of self and other relationships in their lives. If you are looking to improve your relationships with individuals that matter the most\, whether it be children\, parents\, family members\, or co-workers\, the Enneagram workshop is an invaluable experience.\n\nTRAINING FOCUS\n\n 	The Enneagram: Understanding yourself and others\n 	Using the Enneagram of personality to reduce difficult interactions\n 	Self-Awareness inventory and development\n 	Understanding reactions to conflict in order to better manage reactivity\n 	Managing automatic responses in relation to your center of intelligence\n 	The Enneagram and basic neuroscience of conflict\n 	Practicing mindfulness: Enneagram applications\n 	Understanding the nature of conflict and what you can do to transform difficult conversations\n\nCANCELLATION POLICY: Participants may cancel their registration up to 30 business days prior to the start date of the training to be entitled to a full refund\, less $350 handling fee.
