property matters and assist the parties with engaging in quality interactions
and making informed decisions about property division and the resolution
of property conflicts.

Baltimore Mediation trainings were selected
for the national pilot program headed by renowned authors in the mediation
field, Baruch Bush and Joseph Folger, The Promise of Mediation, 1995,
were part of the national Transformative Mediation Project for trainings
across the country, and are certified by the Institute for the Study
of Conflict Transformation.This 8-hour workshop emphasizes:

- Overview of Marital Property Substantive Law
- Advanced Conflict Transformation Interventions
- Recognizing and Working with Special Considerations in Marital
Property Law and Parties’ Self-Determination
- How to Work Successfully with Legal Counsel
