The focus of the 20 hour Real Estate and
Homeowner Association Conflicts
Mediation Training is on:
- Understanding the role of the mediator in Real Estate or Homeowner
or Condominium Association conflicts

and the variety of homeowner and condominium association conflicts
- Understanding the real estate agreement, the building process
and subcontracting and the nature of condominium associations

- Hands-on skills for conflict intervention and conflict transformation
