Description: With a better understanding of our conscious motivations, we can better handle conflict. Self-awareness is greatly heightened by working with our own type’s leading strengths and unrecognized blind spots. Taught in the company of others, this system also generates compassion and relationship skills with people who experience the world in a very different way.
The Enneagram is a dynamic system of nine personality types. It is meant to help us understand ourselves, the people in our lives, and our habits of mind and reactivity in conflict and otherwise.
