FACULTY CONFLICTS Example:
A faculty member is up for tenure and has complained that she is being
discriminated against in the selection process.
Example: For years there have been rumors about a faculty
member. A student just reported an incident with the faculty member that
may confirm the rumors, but the report was made in confidence.
Example: The chair of a department has a clash with the
administration over resource allocation and general respect issues. There
