The staff of Baltimore Mediation will work with you to plan retreats and conduct workshops where managers and staff are provided the opportunity to participate in an interactive training experience focusing on areas such as planning and office culture perspectives, conflict styles, awareness of self in conflict, working with differences and still staying connected and productive, fundamentals of how to listen, conflict resolution and transformation theory and skills, practice and daily application. Management and staff consistently report feeling refreshed and strengthened in their interactions with colleagues after working with Baltimore Mediation for one to two days on retreat.
