BOARD OF DIRECTORS FACILITATION
Baltimore Mediation has worked with numerous boards as they faced disputes among board members and/or difficult decisions about their organization. Board of Directors Facililitation begins with Baltimore Mediation meeting you and a small group to design your facilitation - taking into account goals, stakeholders, flow, barriers to be addressed and desired outcomes. The Facilitated Dialogue itself is typically a half or whole day and usually includes a written summary by our firm of the issues raised, barriers addressed and barriers to be addressed, new information shared, possible options and solutions and all decisions made or next steps decided.
